Best PC hardware for Bitcoin Core Syncing?

Hi guys,
I would like to get your expertise in what you think is the best computer hardware parts for syncing the blockchain on Bitcoin core really fast, ranked from most important to least.
Is it: CPU Hard drive RAM?
I have a really old PC for syncing right now and looking to upgrade it. But I'm trying to figure out what will/won't help sync speed times and to see how much to budget. I have decent internet download speed, I think it's 650mbps.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks all!

bitcoin core sync stuck

so for a good while now while syncing with the network it's been going pretty fast only taking max of 12 hours but now only 4 hours behind it has just stopped and isn't downloading anymore. Keeps saying 'connecting to peers'. This could be a problem with my init system as bitcoin core seems to be dependent on Systemd (which I'm running Runit) and that could also be why it says I have incorrect time but that error hasn't been fatal. So it very well may be my stupidity. My computer is very new (ryzen 7) and has an ethernet connection.

Bitcoin Core syncing

Can't tell if I'm screwed. So I downloaded the bitcoin core and sent my coins there. Then I notice that it's showing 4+ years to sync. Now my question is: Can I still receive my bitcoin as it's syncing, or does the syncing need to finish first then receive the coin? I'm asking this because unfortunately my computer doesn't have the 20 gigs to store blocks in.

Hey guys! I'm quite desperate for help currently. Bitcoin core is REALLY REALLY SLOW. I mean REALLY slow. It's currently syncing at 23 weeks left. But it's like 1 - 2 hours/1 week. That's really slow, I don't know what's wrong with it. I can't change to another wallet as I've already received money with the bitcoin core. How do I save it so when I bring the data to another computer, it'll go to my account and not start out a new one? After I backup the data, how do I bring it to another computer and open it up? Basically, 2 problem currently. -How to save the data and load it up on another computer so it'll still be my 'account' -Really slow, syncing 1 week takes like 1-2 hours. Also, any recommendation for FAST syncing, safe and easy to use for computer and android phone?
It was 23 weeks 3 hours ago but now it's ONLY 22 WEEK!

Bitcoin core syncing troubleshoot

Hi guys, I'm not a bitcoin beginner I am having issues with bitcoin core, and was wondering if one of you lovely people could help me. Basically the blockchain is stuck on block 320271 and has not budged for days. I have forwarded port 8333 and have 23 connections (in: 15 and out: 8).
I'm running v0.9.3.0-g40d2041-beta
Not sure this is relevant, as it worked without a hitch, but the other day I moved the blockchain to a different directory using the -datadir="file location" command as I was running out of hard-drive space.
Can someone give me some suggestions that might fix this as I like the fuzzies I get from running a full node :)

Is there a way I can insert a receiving address from one wallet into a second? I bought some Bitcoin, but didn't have my wallet (Bitcoin Core) synced. Five days later, even with blockchain.dat downloaded, its still syncing - I need those coins. Which lite wallet(s) allow this - is it even possible?

Speeding up Bitcoin Core sync? (gigabit internet, solid state drive, 32GB RAM, Overclocked Intel 7700K)

I have been researching about speeding up the sync of my bitcoin core wallet, but haven't found a solution, and not sure what is currently binding my speeds.
I have set dbcache to 8000, and made sure port 8333 is open. I am on gigabit internet, but I am only pulling around 80-100mbs.
My CPU is around 25% utilized, and bitcoin core is only using 600mb of ram. Disk usage is around 1%.
Are there any additional options I can add to speed up the sync? Was hoping to really max out the connection for this, it's currently estimating days to sync, around 1% per hour.
